Sometimes the greatest assignment God will ever give you is the person directly in front of you today:
the hurting friend
the lonely coworker
the discouraged spouse
the child needing attention
the stranger needing kindness
the person Heaven refuses to overlook
Never underestimate what God can do through one moment of obedience, one conversation, one prayer, or one act of compassion.
The world measures influence by numbers. Heaven measures faithfulness by love.
Prayer
Father, give me eyes to see the one You place in front of me. Remove distraction, selfish ambition, and spiritual blindness that cause me to overlook people You deeply love. Fill my heart with compassion like Jesus. Teach me to serve with humility, presence, and sincerity rather than performance or recognition. Let my life become a reflection of Your kindness and Your Kingdom. Use even my smallest acts of obedience to bring healing, encouragement, and hope to others. Help me remember that no person is insignificant in Your eyes. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
