Nehemiah can teach us the qualities of a good leader.

In this sermon Pastor Dan Hamel explains what lessons The Book of Nehemiah can teach us about the qualities of a good leader. He explains that the goal of Nehemiah was to rebuild the wall of Jerusalem. So Nehemiah got God's people to work together so they could accomplish a great goal. He then helped them overcome opposition from both the inside where the people were tired and overwhelmed, and opposition from the outside where there were forces trying to prevent this wall from being rebuilt. Finally he was able to rally them to finish strong by reminding them to remember God was with them, and to remember what was at stake if the wall wasn't rebuilt.
