A part of leading a Christian lifestyle is to not judge non-christians. We are to love our neighbors and it's up to God to judge them. However, when it comes to other Christians we have an obligation to speak to them, and help lead them back to being in favor with Christ. We can accomplish this by being sincere, humble, gracious. This behavior can lead to open dialogue. Before you can approach others, you should be sure you are doing what you should be doing or you will be viewed as hypocritical, judgemental, and arrogant.
