As followers of Jesus we are called upon to have a good work ethic.

In this sermon Pastor Dan Hamel explains that as Christians we are called upon to have a good work ethic and to be fair leader. He reminds us that when we are working we are representing Jesus. For employees he says we should work as diligently as we would if we were working for Jesus, serve others as we serve God, put all our creativity and passion into our work, and work for eternal compensation. For employers he says to lead by an example, lead with kindness and respect, love your employees as you love yourself, and lead knowing that your will be accountable to God.
