This sermon discusses Solomon. He was known as the wisest man to ever live. Yet, even with his wisdom he failed to understand that the good things in his life came from God. As he made more and more choices to do sinful things, he learned the consequences of turning away from God. He was miserable, in pain, and alone at the end of his life.
